An American citizen of Tennessee managed to find his winning million dollar lottery ticket in the same place he lost it.
ABC News reported that the man had remembered him in a parking lot, but after announcing the winning numbers, he did not find them, indicating that anyone who found the ticket could claim its value.
Nick Slateen said he was stunned and could not believe that his ticket, which he bought at a local grocery store, won $ 1,178,746.

Within an hour of that, after conveying the good news to his fiancée and pausing for lunch, he realized he had lost his ticket.
Slateen began trying to remember the places he had passed, which eventually led him to the auto parts store, where he found the ticket dumped in the parking lot.
Slateen said he had not imagined that someone might have stepped on the ticket without realizing that it was a million-dollar ticket.
The winner indicated that he and his fiancée intend to continue working, acquiring new cars and a house of their own, as well as investing part of the amount.
