Dutch authorities said on Tuesday that the implications of the breach on the Microsoft stock exchange were significant in the Netherlands, with at least 1,200 Dutch servers likely to be affected.
The government cybersecurity watchdog stated, “The National Cyber Security Center has noted that as a result of the weakness, data is stolen, malware is placed, back doors are built, mailboxes are offered for sale on the black market,” and it urged companies to update their programs.
