After a massive crisis … AstraZeneca responds to its vaccine causing death and blood clotting

The British-Swedish pharmaceutical company, AstraZeneca, said today, Sunday, that it did not find any evidence of an increased risk of blood clots from the “Covid 19″ vaccine, which it developed in cooperation with the University of Oxford.

Moscow – Sputnik. The company said in a press release that it concluded these findings after conducting a review of safety data for more than 17 million people who were vaccinated across the European Union and the United Kingdom.

The company’s statement read: “A careful review of all available safety data for more than 17 million people who were vaccinated in the European Union and the United Kingdom using the vaccine showed no evidence of an increased risk of developing pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis or thrombocytopenia, in any specific age group. , Gender, group, or any particular country. ”

Many countries, including Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Bulgaria, Italy and Thailand have stopped using the “AstraZeneca” vaccine due to fears of blood clots occurring in those who received the vaccine.

In Italy, inspectors of the Ministry of Health arrived, on Sunday, in Sicily, in the south of the country, to investigate the death of a 43-year-old soldier last Tuesday after receiving the vaccine.

The regional health authority in the Piedmont region, northern Italy, announced that it had suspended, on Sunday, the use of the “AstraZeneca” vaccine, after the death of a teacher who had received the vaccine against “Covid 19” the previous day.

Despite this, the World Health Organization and the European Union Medicines Regulatory Authority said that there is no causal relationship between the vaccine and coagulation, while the Anglo-Swedish manufacturer confirmed that the vaccine is safe.
