Complaining about back pain is a very common issue, as back pain is the most common reason for seeking medical treatment and absenteeism from work, whether it is due to strenuous exercise, improperly lifting something heavy, or just sitting on your office chair all day.
The exercise does not take more than 15 minutes, to help stretch and activate the muscles of the body to prevent discomfort and eliminate back pain, according to the American self website.
Taylor and Justin Norris, founders of the LIT Method Athletic Training Center, review the exercises as part of a series of exercises titled “Sweat With SELF”
Low Impact Training
The method of exercise revolves around low-impact training, as the exercises avoid jumping, running or lifting any weights, so if you also suffer from knee pain, or are recovering from an injury, exercise also helps to overcome it.
Working on hip movement and the core tensile strength of the body is the best way to relieve back pain, as the hips and lower back are connected, and since your lower back is part of the heart, strengthening the muscles in that area will help support the back and prevent muscle strain and pain.
This is why the result of this exercise is good for back pain, as it strengthens the muscles of the buttocks, stretches the hamstrings, twists the spine, and works to stimulate the heart.
