Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif confirmed today, Friday, that his country has a clear foreign policy that should not be confused with the views of some Iranian officials.
“The Iranian government is full of vitality, and officials are expressing diverse opinions, but these views should not be confused with state policy,” Zarif said in a tweet on his Twitter account.
“As Iran’s foreign minister and chief nuclear negotiator, I will soon present a concrete and constructive action plan – through the appropriate diplomatic channels,” he added.

On Thursday, the Iranian foreign minister affirmed that the agreement on Iran’s nuclear program, which was reached in 2015, “is not permissible to re-discuss”.
And Zarif wrote in his tweet, saying: “If 2021 is different from 2015, then it is different from 1945 as well, so let us change the United Nations Charter and delete the veto power that is often used by the United States.”
And Washington had recently expressed its desire to discuss a number of files, such as Iran’s activity in the region and its ballistic missile program, as a condition for returning to the nuclear deal.
