The Russian Information Agency quoted Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov as saying, Friday, that the United States had warned Russia only minutes before it would carry out an air strike in Syria, a time frame which he described as insufficient.
Interfax attributed Lavrov to his call for the United States to restore contacts with Moscow on Syria to clarify the position of President Joe Biden’s administration regarding Syria.
