Today, Friday, a senior European Union official announced that the bloc is working to organize a meeting with the participation of all parties to the agreement on Iran’s nuclear program and the United States.
Reuters quoted the official as saying that the European Union is working to organize an informal meeting with all parties to the nuclear deal, namely Iran, Russia, China, France, Germany and Britain, as well as the United States, which withdrew from the deal in 2018.
The source added that the United States said it would accept an invitation from the European Union to participate in a meeting with the parties to the nuclear deal.
However, the European official clarified that no time frame has been set for the meeting and it depends on developments.
