The Iranian Army Staff responded on Tuesday to the Iranian Minister of Security and Intelligence, Mahmoud Alawi, regarding revealing the identity of the main culprit in the assassination of the nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.
Alawi had said earlier that the main culprit in the assassination of Fakhri Zadeh was one of those expelled from the armed forces, and he left the country before the operation was carried out and is currently under prosecution.
In response to what he called “anti-slogans” of the Iranian intelligence, only two hours after the assassination of Fakhri Zadeh, Alawi revealed that “his ministry was informed only 5 days ago that there was a plan to assassinate Fakhri Zadeh in the same place in which he was assassinated.” And he said, “We only did not know the date.” the operation”.
