Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif called on the countries of the Gulf region to regional cooperation to establish security and stability in the region.
Zarif wrote on Twitter in Arabic: “Our esteemed neighbors, the opportunity is available to us to re-reflect on the issue of regional security. As we know, such security cannot be bought with money and can be achieved by accumulating weapons.”
He continued, “The only way to establish security and stability is broad regional cooperation among the countries of the region. Iran has always affirmed its readiness to activate such cooperation.”
