Hariri calls on the Lebanese not to commemorate the assassination of his father due to “Corona”

Beirut – (East):
Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri appealed to all the Lebanese, especially “in the popular areas and neighborhoods,” calling on them to stay at homes and stop all forms of mixing and activities. He said, “We are facing an epidemic that does not have mercy on anyone.”

He appealed to the party, supporters of the Future Movement, and fans of the late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri to take this call seriously, and to refrain from organizing any activities as the anniversary of his assassination approaches.

Al-Hariri added, according to a statement issued by his media office: “Above all the complexities, obstacles and tensions that prevent the birth of the government, the Corona pandemic remains a national, ethical and humanitarian issue that cannot tolerate bidding, neglect, and social, living and economic justifications, regardless of their severity.”

The Prime Minister-designate continued: “Lebanon is on the verge of reaching the first site of injuries, which is extremely dangerous and concerns the Lebanese, residents and displaced persons without exception, and calls for a deep awareness of the health repercussions in the event that conditions persist over the ongoing violations and measures that do not rise to the level of Danger. “
