Sudanese Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok said in a statement, on Monday, that “the (Ethiopian) Renaissance Dam threatens the safety of 20 million Sudanese,” stressing that “their lives depend on the Blue Nile.”
Hamdok added, “We reject the de-facto policy by Ethiopia.”
