With conclusive evidence … Johnny Depp proves his ex-wife, Amber Heard, “lied.”

In a new episode of the “Scandals Series” related to the divorce of American actress Amber Heard and star Johnny Depp, the latter accused his ex-wife of obtaining $ 7 million in settlement of their divorce, without donating the amount as promised.

Heard had previously announced her intention to donate the money she would receive from her divorce to two charities.

And according to the British newspaper “Daily Mail” in a private investigation, Depp’s lawyer spent the past year following the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles and the American Civil Liberties Union, to find out the amount they received as a donation from Heard.

According to the British newspaper, the American Civil Liberties Union refused to cooperate with Depp’s lawyer, while the hospital presented documents indicating that it received only $ 100,000, which is a modest amount compared to the $ 3.5 million promised by the actress.

In June 2019, officials at the Children’s Hospital, which monitors the health status of young patients, regardless of their own insurance or being able to pay, contacted Hurd, asking whether she would fulfill the financial pledge.

Depp’s lawyers considered this correspondence a “damning weapon” to prove that Heard was lying and bragging to the media that she would donate any amount she would receive from her divorce.

Depp’s team of lawyers is preparing to file a lawsuit against Hurd based on the documents they have in their hands, as well as a defamation lawsuit accusing the actress of fabricating a story about being a survivor of domestic violence committed against her by the star of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie series.

Last July, Heard claimed to Depp that he threw 30 water bottles with what looked like “shells” during a quarrel between them in Australia, during a trial launched by the actor against the British newspaper “The Sun” for defamation.

The newspaper’s defense attorneys named Hurd as a witness in the lawsuit against her by Depp for describing him in April 2018 as a man beating his wife.
