North Korean leader Kim Jong Un announced that his country has completed its plans to equip a nuclear-powered submarine, the official North Korean News Agency reported Saturday.
“A new planning research for a nuclear submarine has been completed and it is about to enter the final review process,” Kim told a ruling party meeting, according to the agency.
