When it comes to highly glowy celebrity humans, Jennifer Aniston has always been right up there – and she attributes her strength, energy and clear skin to being a big fan of working out… and drinking collagen. Recently, she shared with fans on Instagram that she has taken on a new role at Vital Proteins (a collagen powder brand), as Chief Creative Officer, and together they’ve created a series of new videos showing Jen An getting into her fitness zone.
Including a mix of clips showing the Friends star doing everything from yoga, to meditating, to skipping and running (as well as drinking collagen in various forms, of course), it’s clear for all to see that Jennifer is at the top of her game right now.
Accompanying the montage, which has a very Rocky Balboa meets Wellness Influencer feel (and we mean that in the very best way), is a voiceover from JenAn saying, “Our strength, our power, our purpose starts within. So let’s start there, with collagen that support our body from the inside out. Because when we feel supported from within, we feel our best. And our confidence to take on the whole world outside comes from way deeper. It’s within us.” Check it out here:
And here’s a slightly different variation, this time focussing more on yoga:
Naturally, in true Twitter style, the adverts have prompted some very funny responses as social media users admired Jen’s flexibility in particular. One account remarked on how vibrant she looks, by posting a side by side of “them at 16” and “Jennifer at 51”:

Another simply wrote “Jennifer Aniston is a literal work of art” and yeah, we have to agree:
One person kept it nice and to the point, saying, “THE CATEGORY IS BODY AND LOOK HOW JENNIFER ANISTON BODIED THAT”:
Speaking about her decision to join the Vital Proteins brand, Jennifer told PEOPLE, “I have had a passion for health and wellness for years. I know this topic can be overwhelming so through this campaign, I want to show simple ways to incorporate collagen into your daily life. For me, it’s adding it to my morning coffee and replenishing after a workout, but there is truly an option for everyone.”
