How to make cream soup

Soup ingredients :

  • Two packages of ready-made cream soup.
  • 4 cups (1000 ml) of lukewarm water.
  • ½ cup (100 g) of grated carrots.
  • ¼ cup (50 g) chopped cilantro.
  • ¼ cup (50 g) chopped dill.
  • ¼ cup (50 g) green celery.
  • ¼ cup (50 g) broccoli.
  • ½ cup (100 g) mushrooms.
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) onion powder.
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) garlic powder.
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) black pepper.
  • Salt, to taste.

 

Preparation method :

 

  1. Wash the cilantro, dill, celery, and broccoli in running water and set aside.
  2. Clean the mushrooms, removing the discolored areas with a knife, then dry them well and set them aside.
  3. Dissolve the contents of two cans of ready-made cream soup in four cups of lukewarm water.
  4. Raise the pot over medium heat, and stir until you make sure that the cream soup is homogeneous.
  5. Add the chopped carrots, chopped cilantro, dill, and broccoli to the pot.
  6. Toss the celery and mushrooms in a skillet with 1 teaspoon of the butter.
  7. Add celery and mushrooms to the pot.
  8. Add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic to the pot.
  9. Pour the creamy soup into bowls and serve hot.
