For the first time in history, Germany submits a unique request to the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments on the threshold of Ramadan

The Egyptian Ministry of Endowments announced that the number of delegates to commemorate Ramadan nights to Germany reached 18 imams and reciters, for the first time in its history.

And on his account on “Facebook”, the Egyptian Minister of Endowments, Muhammad Mukhtar Gomaa, said: “Egypt supports the spread of moderate thought globally with the best of its imams and readers… and unprecedented international requests to receive its imams and readers in the coming Ramadan.”

Gomaa added: “The state of Germany requests eighteen imams and readers from the endowments to revive the nights of Ramadan for the first time in its history,” noting that “in the context of the pioneering role of the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments in spreading moderate thought globally, and based on letters received through the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the great global demand.” The number of imams and readers of the Ministry of Awqaf to commemorate the days and nights of the blessed month of Ramadan 1443 AH / 2022, from various countries of the world, has reached the number of delegates during the month of Ramadan to Germany alone (18) imams and reciters for the first time.

He continued: “This is in addition to dispatching 19 imams and reciters to Brazil, 9 imams and reciters to Venezuela, 7 imams and reciters to Canada, 4 imams and reciters to Italy, 4 imams and reciters to Argentina, 4 imams and reciters to Colombia, and 4 imams and reciters to the United States. He explained that “the delegation is still going on to many different countries of the world.”
