A parrot steals a GoPro camera from its owner and records his flight

A parrot has stolen a GoPro camera from a family home in Fiordland National Park, New Zealand, and the bird captured some amazing scenes in flight.

According to the TV program Seven Sharp, the bird flew in a straight line over some trees before landing on the ground. The family was also able to recover their camera, by tracking the sound of the bird in flight.

This parrot is an alpine parrot, which is known for its inquisitive and mischievous nature, as it steals bags, jewelry, lunches, windshield wipers and other valuables from tourists in the Fiordland region.
