IMAX cinema in Egypt announced that it had decided not to show the movie “Eternals” or “Eternals” in Egyptian cinemas.

IMAX said in a statement, through its Facebook account, that it had decided to ban the screening of the film, which was scheduled to be shown today, Wednesday.
The statement added: “Will the Eternals land in Egypt? .. The film will not be released in Egypt starting tomorrow, as it was initially planned. Stay tuned for more updates.”

It is noteworthy that the movie “Eternals” was banned in cinemas in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait because it contained some scenes between gay characters.

Marvel had refused to implement the countries’ request to delete those scenes from its events.

The film follows the events of “Avengers: Endgame”, which was shown in 2019, where an unexpected tragedy occurs, which makes the ancient aliens that have been living on planet Earth in secret for thousands of years, appear from the shadows, and reunite them against the enemies of humanity ancient than new.
