Adele sparks marriage rumours four months after romance with Rich Paul became public

Adele might be the undisputed queen of heartbreak thanks to her chart topping break-up ballads – but she may be enjoying a new forever love after being spotted with a ring on her wedding finger.

The 33-year-old singer has been dating American businessman Rich Paul, 39, since at least July – and recently gushed about him in an interview with Vogue magazine.

And while it is unclear exactly how long the pair have been dating, it is possible they are already taking their romance to the next level after first accidentally ‘going public’ with their love in July.

Adele was spotted out and about in London on Friday with a huge ring on her wedding finger – sparking speculation she could be either engaged or already secretly married.

The Easy On Me singer has always been notoriously secretive about her romantic life – despite her award winning songs always being about her romantic meltdowns.

She was previously married to British businessman Simon Konecki – who she wed in a secret ceremony in 2018, having previously teased they tied-the-knot in 2017.

However, Adele and 47-year-old Simon split in 2018 and finalised their divorce this year.

But now Adele – who shares nine-year-old son Angelo with her ex-husband – may have walked down the aisle with Rich.

The singer was spotted out for a romantic meal with Rich in Chelsea on Friday.

And the MailOnline have snapped the star, dressed in black, with a large ring on her wedding finger – made obvious when she held her hadn’t up to her face while being photographed by paparazzi.

Adele and Rich’s dinner date in London comes just weeks after the singer opened up about her romance with him to Vogue.

She told the glossy fashion magazine: “I did date before Rich, but they hated it. They’d find it stressful being out or seen with me.

“Whereas he’s not frazzled by it at all. It feels like it’s consistent and considerate enough that I don’t care who knows. He’s great. He’s so f***ing funny. He’s so smart, you know.”

It is believed the pair have known each other for two years and began dating earlier this year after Adele drunkenly asked sport’s agent Rich to sign her.

She has been quoted saying: “I was a bit drunk. I said ‘Do you want to sign me? I’m an athlete now.’”

The pair set tongues wagging in July when they attended a basketball match together – with the date night ultimately rumbling their romance.

Adele told Vogue: “I didn’t mean to go public with it. I just wanted to go to the game. I just love being around him. I just love it.

“He was like, ‘What are people going to say?’ And I was like, ‘That you signed me. As an athlete. You’re my agent.’ And he was like, ‘Okay, cool.’”
