A girl discovers that her two-year-old brother is her twin

An 18-year-old Australian girl has discovered that her brother, who is about two years older than her, is actually her twin.

According to the New York Post, despite an 18-month difference in time between Sarah Sargent and her brother Will, they are in fact twins.

Sarah said that her father recently revealed to her that Will is her twin brother, through an artificial insemination process, but that her fetus remained frozen for about 15 months, after her brother’s fetus was implanted in her mother’s womb.

She explained that her mother decided to keep her own egg for a while after Will’s fertilization process, and later the mother performed the same process on the frozen egg, which eventually became Sarah.

The Australian girl expressed her happiness after discovering that she had a twin brother, pointing out that they were always friends.
