Charming Italian villages that provide you with a business and a salary in exchange for living in them

72

Have you ever thought about opening a shop, living forever in an idyllic village in the far south of Italy where it is warm almost all year round, and getting paid to do so?

For those who want to take the initiative, this may be imminent and no longer a distant dream, according to CNN.
What made the dream come true is that the Calabria region plans to offer up to $33,000, over a maximum of three years, to people willing to move to villages with a population of barely 2,000.

This step aims to counter the population decline that these villages have been suffering from for years as a result of migration to the cities. The area provides sites for relocators near the sea, on the slopes of mountains, or both.

To get the prescribed money, the new residents should also commit to starting a small business in the village.

The applicant must be no more than 40 years old and be ready to move to Calabria within 90 days of the approval of his application.
