WhatsApp introduces new technology for ‘self-destructing’ messages

The world’s most famous instant messaging platform “WhatsApp” has introduced a new technology, for “self-destructing” messages and media.

The report, published on the specialized technical website Engadget, indicated that “WhatsApp” is currently testing in the “beta” version, the integration of the technology of messages and self-erasing media as soon as it is seen.
This technology differs from “WhatsApp” from another technology previously launched by the platform, which is messages and media with a specific validity, that is, they disappear after a specified period within approximately 7 days.

Disabling a WhatsApp user’s blue tick for message access and reading will not prevent the “self-erase” process of messages and media.

This feature will be available from WhatsApp on the beta version of the Android and iOS operating systems.
