Two people were killed in the Gaza Strip today, Wednesday, while dismantling an object, which the Ministry of the Interior in the Strip said was a remnant of the Israeli bombing last month.

The Palestinian Al-Aqsa TV channel had said that one of the Palestinian factions’ sites in the Gaza Strip witnessed an explosion, which resulted in deaths and injuries, without mentioning any reasons behind the explosion.

Yesterday, Tuesday, the Palestinian movement “Hamas” called to participate in ” angry marches next Friday , in the cities of the occupied West Bank, in protest against the resumption of the occupation and its settlers’ storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque,” according to the movement’s expression.

The movement said, in a statement: “We call for making next Friday a day of rage in the cities of the West Bank, and for mass rallies at all seam points, to cut bypass roads, and to escalate against the settlers who are working to impose a fait accompli under the auspices of the occupation government.”

The statement added that “the settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque, a desperate attempt to save face for the occupation government,” explaining that “this attack will be met with more resistance and confrontation.”

Hamas stressed that the Palestinian people are ready to engage in the “national liberation project, defend the land and sanctities, and activate the comprehensive resistance against the occupation and settlers, which is the option capable of curbing aggression and deterring settlers.”
