A group of health care workers has filed a lawsuit in Texas against employers’ mandate to require all care workers to be vaccinated against the coronavirus, The Washington Post reports.

group of 117 health care workers at the “Houston Methodist Hospital” in Texas, USA, filed this lawsuit, noting, quoting hospital employees, as saying in the lawsuit that the employer’s requirement for compulsory vaccination against the Corona virus It is a breach of the Nuremberg Law, a set of standards set after World War II to prevent experiments on humans without their consent.

The group pointed out that “the hospital gave them the choice between getting a vaccine against the Corona virus or losing their jobs, which is a violation of state law,” and they asked the court “to prevent the hospital from expelling employees who were not vaccinated against the Corona virus, according to the newspaper report.”

It should be noted that this report comes a day after the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced that companies can impose the vaccination of employees in the workplace against the Corona virus, amid a lack of demand for vaccinations due to factors including inconsistency or suspicion of vaccines.
