American states devise various methods to encourage citizens to receive the Corona vaccine

The official authorities in the American state of Ohio have announced the organization of a “Lotto” competition for citizens who have been vaccinated with vaccines against the emerging corona virus.

The Russian “Mir 24” channel stated in its report that the competition was devised to attract people to take the vaccine in the US state of Ohio.

The report indicated that local authorities will announce one winner every Wednesday for a period of five weeks. Confirmed about “nearly three million people have applied to participate in the lottery.”

After the success of the idea, several US states decided to implement the same idea, including Maryland, New York and Colorado.

In the same context, other US states are devising other ways to encourage residents to receive the vaccine against the Corona virus, including states that offer financial incentives ($ 100 per vaccinator) and an amount of alcohol and other places that offer licensed drugs.
