A “hot” dialogue between a settler and a Palestinian woman in Jerusalem provokes Severus

A video clip documenting an exceptional dialogue between a Palestinian woman in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem and a settler who came to rob her of her home provoked Egyptian businessman Naguib Sawirus.

The video, shared by Sawiris, shows a settler carrying the name of Jacob, talking to the Palestinian Mona Al-Kurd, who asked him why he sought to rob her of her home, and he replied: “Even if I leave it, you will not return to it, and if I did not steal it, I will steal it from others.”

Naguib Sawirus, who appeared to have provoked the clip, commented by saying “the logic of thieves.”

The Israeli authorities issue eviction decisions against dozens of Palestinian families in the “Sheikh Jarrah” neighborhood in East Jerusalem from their homes for the benefit of settlers. These decisions, which Palestinians say, are part of a scheme to Judaize Jerusalem.
