Italy records 20159 cases and 300 new deaths from the Coronavirus

Today, Sunday, the Italian Ministry of Health announced that it had recorded 2,159 cases and 300 new deaths from the Coronavirus, which causes the “Covid-19” infection.
The Italian Ministry of Health stated, in a new statistic, that the number of registered infections with the new Corona virus “Covid-19” in Italy during the past 24 hours increased by 20159, bringing the general number to the level of 3376376 cases, including 571672 active cases.

This comes after the index of new infections on March 17 reached 23059 cases, on March 18, 24935, on March 19, 25,735, and on March 20, 23832.

The Ministry of Health added that it had detected 300 deaths from the disease within a day, bringing the number of pandemic victims in the country to 104,942 people.

And the number of new deaths from the Coronavirus in Italy on March 17 reached 431, on March 18, 423, on March 19, 386, and on March 20, 300.

It is worth noting, however, that the indicators of the Corona virus usually witness a decline in Britain for bureaucratic reasons and a decrease in the number of examinations.

The Ministry of Health also stated that the number of people recovered rose to 2699762 people, after 13,526 new cures were monitored.

Italy is the eighth country in the world in terms of the outcome of infections with the Coronavirus, and the sixth in terms of the number of deaths due to the pandemic.
