Brazilian police arrested Flamengo striker Gabriel Barbosa and the Brazilian national football team in a raid on an illegal gambling hall in Sao Paulo that had 200 people inside.
Barbosa, 24, hid under a table in an attempt to avoid being caught, but was found and taken out of place.
“We received a tip-off about a party,” Ricardo Nunes, deputy mayor of Sao Paulo, told Reuters.
He added: “When we got there, we found more than 200 people in an unventilated room, inside the illegal casino,” despite the ban imposed to combat the Corona virus.
