France: 186 deaths and 23,996 new cases of coronavirus

The French Ministry of Health announced the registration of 186 deaths and 23,996 new cases of Coronavirus, in the last 24 hours.

The ministry stated in its daily report, that the total number of deaths due to the virus in the country reached 86,332, while the total number of infections reached 3736016.

The ministry had announced that it had recorded 286 deaths and 25,207 cases of the virus the previous day.

The French government spokesman Gabriel Atal also announced that his country’s government will study a proposal that Paris be subject to a three-week lockdown to limit the spread of the Corona virus.
