How to make crunchy French toast

Ingredients: (Serves 4 persons)

8 thick slices of French bread

4 or 5 cups of plain corn flakes

5 eggs

A quarter cup of whole milk

Half a tablespoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

Butter for frying

Maple syrup (Maple Cebrop) as needed

Steps to prepare the French toast crunchy

1- Put the eggs, yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon together in a deep bowl and beat them well.

2- Grind the cornflakes and set aside. At the same time put two tablespoons of butter in a pan to melt.

3- Dip the French bread slices in the whole egg mixture, then put it in the ground cornflakes to cover on both sides.

4- Carefully place the slices of bread in the bowl and turn them until they are completely cooked and crunchy. Make sure to set the heat to medium or low so that the French toast is not overcooked.

5- Serve French toast on a plate and topped with maple syrup with your choice of fruit
