American actress Rebel Wilson said in an interview with Extra magazine that she is very proud of the weight she has lost over the past months.

She noted that she often dieted and tried to lose a few pounds, but this was the first time she had not regained any weight.

She added that she focused on the emotional side, believing that what she suffered was emotional eating.

And Rebel Wilson added that the most important thing is walking, as many people have told her that walking is the best way to lose unnecessary body fats.

The Pitch Perfect star noted that losing weight requires effort daily and there are constant setbacks, but she works hard and has not given up.

Although it is not related only to the weight number, but it needed to measure a concrete weight, which is to reach 75 kilograms.

In an interview with “people” magazine, Rebel Wilson said she is trying to encourage everyone to be a better version of themselves.

This does not mean that they should be smaller, but rather that they do not engage in unhealthy behaviors.

She added that she was traveling around the world filming movies.

Her lifestyle was stressful and hectic, and she would sometimes distract herself with ice cream and brownies.

But she decided to eat dessert once or twice a week to maintain her weight.
