Barack and Michelle Obama announce a list of six new projects as part of their partnership with Netflix

Former US President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, announced a list of six new projects as part of their lucrative multi-year deal with Netflix.The couple revealed that they will lead productions in a variety of new TV shows and films, including one on “The First Man on the Summit … Everest”.

Higher Ground Productions, which the couple founded in 2018 in partnership with Netflix, has indicated that it is currently working on a variety of four new films and two other TV series, including a national park documentary, a science fiction movie, and a TV show based on A thriller, about a young adult, and about a Native American teen in disguise, as this group has implemented projects such as “Crip Camp”, “Becoming” and “American Factory” who won an Oscar.

“We created a superstar storytelling venue,” the Obama family said in a press release.

“From science fiction, to the beauty of our natural world, to the relationships that define us, High Ground continues to seek new perspectives, compelling personalities and a healthy dose of inspiration.”

And Abizaid: “We can not help but feel more proud of collaborating with the wonderful artists, behind each of these stories, each of them has something important to say.”
