Saudi aid group, KSrelief, has cleared 755 mines across Yemen through Project Masam.

The Masam Project, dedicated to clearing land mines in Yemen, has dismantled 755 devices in various governorates during the fourth week of June 2024, the Saudi Press Agency said.

The removed devices included 707 unexploded ordnances, 47 anti-tank mines, and one explosive device.

Since the beginning of the project in Yemen, a total of 449,068 explosives have been cleared.

Through KSrelief, Saudi Arabia has been committed to rid Yemeni lands of all explosives, a menace that has tragically caused the loss of lives and injuries to innocent children, women, and the elderly.
