Saudi Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani during a meeting in Riyadh on Wednesday praised the Saudi leadership’s support for the Kingdom’s judiciary.
The minister met a number of opinion writers and media professionals in the Saudi capital, hailing the Kingdom’s legislative development over the past eight years under the leadership of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
He also discussed specialized legislation and mechanisms for its enactment, in line with international practices, adding that the Saudi leadership is keen to preserve the principles of justice, transparency and human rights protection.
“The phase that the Kingdom is going through is historic in terms of foundation, construction and legality, reaching the reassurance of individuals regarding their rights and the stability of their legal positions and their transactions, which ultimately leads to the growth and development of society,” Al-Samaani said.
