Saudi, Georgian FMs discuss cooperation in Riyadh

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan received his Georgian counterpart Ilia Darchiashvili on Wednesday in Riyadh.

The meeting discussed strengthening ties in various fields as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest.

The officials also signed a memorandum of understanding to establish the Saudi-Georgian Coordination Council.

Saudi Deputy Minister for Political Affairs Saud Al-Sati and the Kingdom’s Ambassador to Georgia Salman Al-Sheikh were also present.
