Saudi Arabia’s Financial Sector Development Program signed a memorandum of understanding with Hong Kong’s Financial Services Development Council on Wednesday at the 17th Asian Financial Forum.
The MoU aims to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences in accordance with best practices, the Kingdom’s Ministry of Finance said.
The forum, known for convening prominent leaders from government, finance and business, serves as a platform for exchanging views on the global economy, particularly from an Asian standpoint.
Launched in 2018, the FSDP aims to diversify the Kingdom’s financial services sector.
