Saudi FM discusses Gaza with Dutch counterpart, EU’s Borrell

Saudi Arabia’s foreign minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan discussed the situation in Gaza with his Dutch counterpart Hanke Bruins Slot in Al-Ula on Monday.

The two discussed developments in the situation in Gaza and the efforts made to deal with its humanitarian repercussions.

Additionally, the ministers touched on bilateral relations between their countries and ways to strengthen them.

Also on Monday, Prince Faisal met with European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.

The two sides discussed ties between Saudi Arabia and the EU, along with the situation in Gaza and the efforts made toward ending the crisis, especially at the humanitarian level.

State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said Secretary of State Antony Blinken discussed efforts to prevent the Gaza conflict from spreading during a meeting with Borrell in Saudi Arabia after arriving in the Kingdom on Monday.
