On the first day of Eid al-Adha, a video clip spread on social media, whose publishers claimed that it shows a mobile ATM distributing “Eidiya” to people on the streets of Dubai.

The video has garnered hundreds of thousands of views on Facebook and Twitter since it began circulating, and many believed it, but other users questioned its authenticity and denied that it was true.

However, the video was digitally designed, and the bank whose name appeared on the ATM confirmed that the video was not real.

In turn, the designer, Mustafa Al-Diyasti, confirmed that he owned this design, which he implemented using the “Blender” and “BF Track” programs.

He said that he had proposed the idea before proceeding with its implementation to the relevant bank, adding that the latter had agreed to it.

In addition, Emirates NBD tweeted in response to a user who posted the video, saying, “This video is not real.”

Over the past years, the account holder has previously published digitally designed scenes of landmarks in Dubai.

The account owner also published in the “Al-Story” feature the stages of designing this video.

Browsing this account that identifies itself as a creator of visual content, it is already possible to find the video with hashtags indicating that it is a digital design.
