The man who accuses American actress Gwyneth Paltrow of causing a skiing accident during his court appearance confirmed that this accident changed his personality.

“I now live a different life,” retired ophthalmologist Terry Sanderson, 76, told the jury, adding, “It has become more difficult to communicate with my family members… The essence of my life has changed (…)… communication is no longer smooth.” after the incident.”

And Sanderson confirms that the star caused him an accident that occurred in 2016 on a skating rink in Utah, which led to the fracture of four of his ribs and permanent damage to his brain, before she fled, leaving him unconscious.

Sanderson is seeking more than $3 million in damages from the 1999 Oscar winner for her role in “Shakespeare in Love,” which counterclaimed the case.
And while the actress confirmed that Sanderson was the one who shocked her, the retired ophthalmologist said on Monday, “I suffered a very strong blow on my back, specifically on my shoulder blades (…) I had never been hit with this force before, and it led to a big fall.”

In response to a question about an e-mail that he later sent to his daughters, in which he referred to the incident and entitled, “I became famous,” he said, “I made a mistake in choosing my expressions. I was trying to alleviate the difficult situation, but that backfired.”

“My personality is different now,” he added.

As for the American actress’s defense attorney, he attributed the changes in Sanderson’s personality to his advanced age.
