Soup ingredients :
- Two packages of ready-made cream soup.
- 4 cups (1000 ml) of lukewarm water.
- ½ cup (100 g) of grated carrots.
- ¼ cup (50 g) chopped cilantro.
- ¼ cup (50 g) chopped dill.
- ¼ cup (50 g) green celery.
- ¼ cup (50 g) broccoli.
- ½ cup (100 g) mushrooms.
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) onion powder.
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) garlic powder.
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) black pepper.
- Salt, to taste.
Preparation method :
- Wash the cilantro, dill, celery, and broccoli in running water and set aside.
- Clean the mushrooms, removing the discolored areas with a knife, then dry them well and set them aside.
- Dissolve the contents of two cans of ready-made cream soup in four cups of lukewarm water.
- Raise the pot over medium heat, and stir until you make sure that the cream soup is homogeneous.
- Add the chopped carrots, chopped cilantro, dill, and broccoli to the pot.
- Toss the celery and mushrooms in a skillet with 1 teaspoon of the butter.
- Add celery and mushrooms to the pot.
- Add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic to the pot.
- Pour the creamy soup into bowls and serve hot.
