Magnitude 6 earthquake strikes Philippines’ Mindanao island

A magnitude 6.0 earthquake struck Mindanao in the Philippines on Tuesday, the European Mediterranean Seismological Center said.

The quake was at a depth of 8km below the earth’s surface, EMSC said.
