According to the “Telegram Position of Incident” channel, the sky show was held on February 5 between the neighborhoods of (Sita) and (Vladimirovka), where eyewitnesses spotted a space object at 19:30 local time. And in the comments there were those who saw a similar mysterious phenomenon in the sky over Khabarovsk and on the road from the Nekrasovka district.

One of the most common topics of jokes in the comments is the intrusion of a Chinese balloon or foreign object. But later it turned out that everything was much simpler, and had nothing to do with extraterrestrial life forms. This appears to be the scene of a man-made missile launch. The mysterious white mist is a jet illuminated by the sun. A similar phenomenon could be seen in July 2021, when a rocket was launched from the Vostochny cosmodrome.

Commenting on this phenomenon, the Russian astronomer, Yevgeny Riva, told the readers of the “Komsomolskaya Pravda Khabarovsk” newspaper. Yesterday, Baikonur Airport launched a missile this year with a meteorological satellite. This coincides with the time and date of filming (according to the description of the video). The footage showed how a very small object was flying behind the main body, and this could just be the stage of a missile that separated two minutes after its launch. Despite this, the question remains, why only a few saw it, but the totality of the facts indicates that it was this particular launch.
