I jumped into a swim with the dolphins…then disaster strikes

84

An Australian teenager was playing with her friends in the Swan River that divides the Australian city of Perth, before she died horribly.

And the British “Sky News” network reported, on Sunday, that she was on a jet ski, before she was surprised by a shark and seriously injured, as a result of which she died, and her death was announced at the scene.

The Australian police said that it seemed to the friends that there was a group of dolphins swimming near them, so the 16-year-old girl jumped into the water, to swim near these pet dolphins.

But dolphins were actually predatory sharks.

The police stated that the friends of the late girl witnessed a very painful accident.
It is not yet known what type of shark this is.

Authorities said it was unusual for sharks to swim in the river, which flows into the Indian Ocean.

It is believed to be the first fatal shark attack in the Swan River in nearly 100 years.
