Lebanese MP Cynthia Zarazir said that she was subjected to “harassment” by some parliamentarians, expressing her shock by saying: “Shameful… Hody Nawab?”
In a press interview, parliamentarian Cynthia Zarazir told Al-Jadeed that she “has difficulty when she always reaches the parliament, as she was stopped by the parliament’s police.”
She indicated that “when she received her office in the council, it contained “disgusting and immoral things”, pointing out that she had not yet obtained a parking space for her car.
And on her account on “Facebook”, Cynthia Zarazir wrote: Since I entered Parliament, I have not received any respect indicating that those I will be with for 4 years are human beings first, and respectable people second, and here are some evidence of their high morals:
– “Taste” (harassment) of the representatives of power whose masculinity outweighs their masculinity.
– Hand me a filthy office in which I can find Playboy magazines and condoms used in his house and his yard.
– Bullying my family’s name.
Don’t give me a parking spot!”
She added, “These people deal with an elected representative in this way, so how will they treat people who have no voice!”
