The Egyptian Mo Ismail succeeded in writing his name in letters of Nour, as the first Egyptian actor to participate in a Bollywood film.

In the second part of the movie “Khuda Haafiz”, Mo Ismail presents the role of “Tabesh Haji”, one of the main evil roles, of a famous member of the mafia, responsible for the kidnapping of an only child by her parents, who are trying to free her from him, so there are chases and battles between them to free her.

The Egyptian actor tells Sky News Arabia the scenes of his choice of this role, saying: “The beginning was last November, when I was nominated for the film, and I submitted an audition for the character they wanted, and the director liked her very much and offered me the role.”

He continued, “I am very happy that I am the first Egyptian actor to participate in Bollywood cinema, and that the film was filmed on the land of Egypt. My goal throughout my life was to put Egypt on the world map, and to show that we have a lot of experience and distinction.”

Ismail explained that “he entered the field about 10 years ago, through advertisements and some simple roles, but after a while he felt that the field of acting was difficult, so he decided to enter the field of production to gain more experience and understand everything behind the camera.”
40 days of “action”

Filming of chases and action continued for 40 days in the streets of Egypt, specifically in the area of ​​the pyramids, the Citadel and the streets of Old Cairo, such as Al-Moez and Al-Hussein Streets, with the participation of a number of the main actors in the film, they are Vidiot Jamwal, Shivalika Oberoi, Danish Hussein, and Asrar Khan.

The film, which was shown in Indian cinemas on the eighth of this July, managed to garner more than 20 million rupees in its first days of release.

Ismail told the scenes of his dealings with the stars of the work, saying: “Vidiot Jamwal is one of the best actors in the world, and I will not exaggerate in describing him as one of the 5 most important actors in the field of martial arts, and the director of the work is Farouk Kabir, one of the largest directors in Bollywood, and has a different vision. And the distinctive feature of all the team was to help each other so that the film appeared on an international level.”
