In the details, the newspaper reported that a Kuwaiti citizen bought his wife a gift of a “Galaxy” phone from the market in the open area of ​​”Salmiya”, but he was surprised when he received the phone box without the device and the presence of a scrap of paper inside.

On this sheet, she wrote words of apology saying: “Please excuse me. I consider them an ancestor, and I do not have a residence for my son for two days. He will come to you in the place of the money.”
