Tesla is incorporating the world’s largest video game market into its cars

Billionaire Elon Musk has announced that his electric car company, Tesla, is looking to expand its range of games inside its electric cars, by adding Steam, the world’s largest video game market.
“Tesla is making progress in merging with Steam, and we can expect a demo, possibly next month,” Musk said on Twitter.
Tesla already provides a number of games through the “Tesla Arcade” built into its cars, such as “Sonic” and “Cap Head”, but adding the digital store interface to Steam can give users access to many popular games .

Elon Musk did not clarify in his tweet whether the announced merger would allow Tesla drivers to make purchases on Steam while sitting in their cars, or if there are any games that Tesla cars can’t support.
But it is likely that the new merger could allow games such as “Cuberpunk 2077” and “The Witcher”.

And last year, Tesla came under fire when it allowed drivers to play video games while in driving mode, especially from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, forcing it to back out of the change, and once again pull the gameplay while driving.
