Netflix grants license to Johnny Depp’s latest movie, to be broadcast only in France

The American digital network, “Netflix”, has granted a license to the latest Hollywood star Johnny Depp film, in order to show it only in France.
And the American “Bloomberg” agency reported, yesterday, Thursday, that “Netflix” will participate in the financing of the film, but the digital broadcasting platform denied this news to the American “Insider” website, and confirmed that it had granted it a license to show only in France.
In the events of the new movie “La Favourite” (the favourite), Johnny Depp plays the role of the French King, Louis XV.
The film will be available on “Netflix” in France after 15 months of its release in French cinemas.
The news about Johnny Depp’s new movie comes after he won a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife, actress, Amber Heard.
Depp received $15 million in damages from the court, while Heard received $2 million.
And the last of Johnny Depp’s artwork was the movie “Minamata” two years ago, which failed miserably at the box office, and took only $2 million.
