Paris Saint-Germain announced today, Tuesday, at a press conference, the appointment of Christophe Galtier as head coach of the French football club.
Galtier led the French team, “Nice”, and last season the team ranked fifth in the French League, and he previously trained the local clubs Lille and Saint-Tein.

Galtier replaced Argentine Mauricio Pochettino, as the Paris club announced his departure from the club.
“Paris Saint-Germain confirms that Mauricio Pochettino has completed his role in the club,” the club said in a tweet via its Twitter account, today, Tuesday, July 5.
“The club thanks Mauricio Pochettino and his staff for their work and wishes them success in the future.”
