Lugansk reveals shrapnel and remnants of American missiles in its cities

The representative office of the Luhansk People’s Republic in the Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime published today, Tuesday, photos of fragments of the American “Himars” missile that fell in the Donetsk town of Perevalsk.
The office issued an official statement in which it said: “The representative office of the Lugansk People’s Republic in the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire System detected fragments of a 240-mm guided missile with a cluster warhead manufactured in the USA by the American company Lockheed Martin.”
The statement added: “These American missiles are used during the bombing of Donetsk cities and towns.”
And the authorities of the Lugansk Autonomous People’s Republic announced, on Tuesday morning, that the Ukrainian artillery had used the American “Hemars” guns for the first time during its bombing of civilian targets.
The Joint Ceasefire Coordination Center in Donetsk issued a statement saying: “The artillery forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces bombed civilian sites with new weapons used for the first time.”
The statement added: “The first US-made artillery shells were detected, and these shells belong to the Hemars M142 artillery, as some of the shells fell in the town of Perevalsk.”
On June 7, the Russian Defense Minister announced the liberation of 97 percent of the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic.
Russia has been continuing its special military operation in Ukraine, since last February 24, with the aim of protecting the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics.
